There’s a double dose of Halloween fun coming to the Town Center of Virginia Beach! Town and Treat between 12:00-4:00pm on the Fountain Plaza and among the neighboring stores. The younger set will enjoy games, activities, trick-or-treating and pumpkin decorating – all FREE and provided by the merchants of Town Center. Between 6:00-10:00pm, the bigger ghouls (and boys!) will enjoy a roiling cauldron of music, costumes and fun!
