Our Policies

  • Special group rates may be available (based on seasonal availability)
Tax Rate:

Rates are currently subject to 13% tax and $1.00 per night occupancy tax.   (5% state retail tax, 8% local lodging tax, $1 per night local occupancy tax.)

**As of July 1, 2013, the tax rate is increasing by 1%; the total tax rate will be 6% state retail tax, 8% local lodging tax and $1 per night local occupancy tax.**

Child Policy:

Children 17 and under are free with parents’ stay.

Extra Person Charges Policy:

All rates are based on single/double occupancy. Each additional person 18 and up is $10.00 per night plus tax.

Deposit Policy

No personal checks accepted. Advance deposit of first night room and tax is due by credit card and will be charged at time of reservation. Total charges are due upon Check-In. A confirmation can be sent by e-mail or by regular mail by request upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Parking Policy

The hotel will only issue 1 complimentary parking permit per room.  This permit can be used for 1 vehicle per room as space is available in main front parking lot or in The Oceanfront Inn’s parking garage across the street.

Pet Policy

Rollaways and Cribs

Rollaways are available by request and charged at $10.00 plus tax per room per night.  Cribs are available at no charge on request.

Security Policy

A hotel security guard is on duty during seasonal hours.  All rooms have smoke detectors and are completely fire sprinkled

Group Rates Policy

Special group rates may be available based on seasonal availability and minimum number of rooms.  Groups must sign a contract to confirm space and rates with our sales office.  No further discounts are available.

Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation.

Non-Smoking Policy

Due to increased demand for non-smoking rooms, we are 100% smoke free. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel including guestrooms, balconies, bathrooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, pool area, and restaurant. We want all our guests to enjoy smoke-free rooms. A $125 recovery fee will be charged to those who do not comply.

All personal information collected we protect and do not sell or distribute to anyone outside of The Oceanfront Inn. You will be added to our mailing list so you will receive periodic announcements of special offers. If at any time you would prefer to be taken off the mailing list, please let us know.

Only U.S. currency, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner’s Club and Travelers Checks accepted. While every effort will be made to meet your request, particular room or floor assignments cannot be guaranteed. No reservations accepted from unchaperoned single girls or boys or groups of either.
